Sheila utilizes her private gym for individual training sessions, and convenient locations for group sessions.

Prosper TX is a thriving and growing community in the northern most suburbs of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Prosper is located near Frisco, Allen and McKinney, and is just north of the the intersection of US Highway 380 and State Highway 289 (Preston Road).




Cycle 1 - April 2nd - April 26th (4 Weeks $125.00)
Cycle 2 - May 7th - May 24th (3 Weeks $110.00)


Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:00 am - 6:00 am


Purchase both cycles for only $220.00



We will be doing a weight loss challenge, most inches lost will win a spa package or $100 cash. Must register for both cycles of boot camps to be eligible to win

Locations:

  • Bridle Bend Subdivision, Reynolds Middle School, and Pecan Grove Park
  • The change of environment and workout routines keeps the classes fun & exciting while motivating you to reach your fitness goals
  • Workouts will include high intense movements with running, plyometric jumps, hills, tire flips, etc..., however modified movements will be instructed at all times to meet the needs of those with limitations
  • Payment due prior to first class, please commit to the classes and benefit from the workouts in order to reach your personal fitness goals (there will be no refunds)
  • You will be notified through email if class is canceled due to inclement weather and location changes
  • Be sure to bring a towel, mat, water, hand weights, and dress comfortably to each class
