The core of services offered by Sheila's Personal Training are One-On-One Personal Training sessions. The workouts take place at Sheila's home based private gym. It is fully equipped to fit the needs to every client. Sheila begins with a complimentary consultation which involves a health screening; blood pressure, weight, girth measurements, and body fat percentage is taken. She will then design a workout that caters to each individuals need according to their health diagnosis from the screening and what their personal goals are. Sheila stresses how important consistency is with working out and eating a proper diet in order to attain your goals. She will give nutrition counseling and will answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your health, working out, and even what types of food to buy.

Sheila's expertise in the field of fitness is grand. Over the years fitness philosophies change and new research is done constantly and it is Sheila's responsibility to be aware of these changes and new ideas to keep her business going. What makes her business so unique is the change in her workouts. As a client feels like they are hitting a plateau in their workouts, Sheila will increase the intensity of the workout in order to give them a new challenge and help them exceed their goal. Sheila understands each client's different physical fitness level and physique, and that they have different fitness goals. That is why the workout for every client is based upon their health diagnosis.
