![]() Sheila Stoutmire utilizes her expertise from her track background along with her personal training knowledge to train young athletes to prepare them for their sport. Sheila has background of coaching middle school and high school track. In the past few years she has offered her services to local male and female athletes to better them in their sport, specifically in track. She has also volunteered coaching at Prosper Middle and High School during the track season. Sheila focuses on increasing stamina, proper technique, increase explosion, speed endurance, and much more. Sheila's goal is to assist the students as much as possible to help them get through school and possibly a scholarship just as she did. ![]() Sheila and husband Omar Stoutmire have teamed up to train the youth in their north Texas community. Omar's experience of hard work, ethics, a positive attitude, and his knowledge of sports training has a huge impact on many. He touches the lives of many youth in the community, whether it be through support and mentorship in their field of sports on and off the field, or instilling basic fundamentals and techniques in their training. Omar is a 11-year veteran safety in the NFL. Omar is not only an elite professional athlete but he is also a great mentor and coach to young athletes. He strives to teach hard work, ethics, and dedication as they relate to sports. Omar and Sheila both graduated from Long Beach Poly High School in California. Omar graduated with honors and received a full scholarship to Fresno State where he was named Academics All-American during his 4 years in college and made the All-Western Athletic Conference each football season he was there. Omar was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 1997 and played there for 2 seasons. He played with the New York Giants for 5 years and was fortunate to play in Super Bowl 35 in 2000.
